The Role:

We're thrilled to introduce our newly created position of Marketing Coordinator! As our company expands and evolves, we're seeking a talented individual to join our team to support the development and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing & Communications initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Create engaging content for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Coordinate hospitality initiatives across the business including management of Quayclean’s various corporate suites
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Back up and additional support for the national business development team

Qualifications:

  • Ideally hold Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
