Position
Working closely with the Directors and recently hired National Business Development Manager you will be charged with the development, implementation, and execution of the annual marketing plan to create company growth whilst also ensuring a potential view of the business as a leading construction contractor. Creating content, managing social media, creating campaigns and identifying new opportunities will all be a part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will also be charged with hiring a marketing coordinator within the first 6 months to support you in achieving your and the company's goals.
Ideal person
Marketing background
Demonstrated experience in working with a sales team to create growth
Understanding of the construction industry or previously worked as a Marketing Manager for a construction business
Proficiency in Adobe suite, CMS systems, and Canva
This position is open on pay with a ballpark of $150k - $200k on the base. More experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply.
