We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to develop strategic internal and external communications and drive our content marketing function across NSW, QLD and ACT.
The role will work with different business units and support services to develop content for social media platforms, clients and employees, ensuring consistency in brand and message.
The role will be responsible for developing concepts and briefs for work, content writing, social media management and external campaigns.

ABOUT YOU
At least 5 years extensive marketing and communications experience, preferably with relevant experience in the construction or property industry.
Experience and understanding of all elements of internal and external marketing (i.e. comms, branding, events, social media)
Experience producing high quality brand material and presentations
Significant experience preparing internal and external communications and papers
Submission writing and presentation skills including associated software packages.
Strong presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and deliver overall marketing and branding strategy for the business
Manage brand reputation through proactive communications initiatives
Manage social media platforms to ensure we have a controlled message in the market
Manage media and PR interest for the business
Support HR and associated Business Units in attracting and retaining the best industry talent by creating branded campaigns and marketing materials
