PRIMARY DETAILExecute & coordinate activities for the delivery of marketing projects. Busy & fast-paced environment. Hybrid working arrangement.
- From $80,753 to 91,815 per annum (HEW Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Full-time, fixed-term role until April 2025. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.
- Support the delivery of marketing projects. Hybrid working arrangement.
- Execute and coordinate activities and tasks for the delivery of marketing projects.
- Develop and review marketing project status documentation to report on work in progress and variances to project plans and escalate any issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of marketing projects, as directed.
- Monitor and report on client marketing activities across the portfolio, to ensure projects are delivered to schedule and on budget.
- Support the Marketing Solutions team to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and understand their needs.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects and associated activities across the team.
- Degree in marketing, communication or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and coordinating marketing projects and activities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills to manage demanding workload and meet right deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel; and Microsoft Project or similar project management software will be highly regarded.
