Priceline Pharmacy is one of Australia's leading health and beauty retailers, with more than 470 stores nationally and is part of the Wesfarmers Health portfolio. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Brand & Media team within Marketing.
The Brand & Media team is responsible for leading the development and execution of all Priceline marketing activity throughout the year and acts as the Marketing Manager – Brand & Media’s co-pilot – which means they’re kind of a big deal . As a champion of the Priceline brand, the Marketing Coordinator – Brand & Media plays a critical role in bringing marketing campaigns to life.
You are a diligent operator with a keen eye for detail, you love what you do and enjoy challenging the status quo and you own your work - going above and beyond to deliver amazing outputs for the Priceline brand. You’re a natural at working collaboratively with internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders. For us, it’s all about attitude you bring an energetic, positive attitude, work with agility and can effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Marketing Manager – Brand & Media to plan and execute Priceline campaigns
Leading the rollout of supplier marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
Working cross functionally and with external agencies to develop Priceline’s quarterly YOU Magazine
Leading the rollout of Gift with Purchase (GWP) marketing and media activity
Partnering with Digital & Data team to increase signups and membership engagement of the Priceline Sister Club – Australia’s largest health and beauty loyalty program
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to store network, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
Plan meetings and create presentations identifying requirements, developing agendas and coordinating channel lead requirements
Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager – Brand & Media including developing and monitoring budgets, creating detailed critical timelines, reporting and tracking performance
Build strong and successful working relationships with your team, working cross-functionally across the business with other internal teams, as well as with external agencies (creative, media, content, and production)
To be our ideal candidate you will have the following experience and attributes:
2-3 years’ experience in marketing, spanning campaigns, brand or commercial roles, ideally within a retail environment is desirable
Experience in supporting the development of multi-channel campaigns and working with both creative and media agencies is desirable
Impeccable attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in data and analysis with strong reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure, juggling multiple projects, within tight deadlines
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with strong sense of initiative
A creative thinker who challenges the status quo, is curious and implements new ways of working to drive customer value and improve performance
Good work ethic, enthusiasm and keen to learn
A positive and collaborative team player attitude, willing to help others in the team
Marketing degree or equivalent Business degree
