Marketing Copywriter

We’re looking for a marketing legend with a flair for copywriting to join our growing team and bring our marketing to the next level!
We are a property technology start-up out of the Sunshine Coast.
Broadly speaking, we edit images in order to assist Vendors & Realtors in presenting their property to the market in the best possible light.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate online and offline marketing activities. This includes social media, print media, EDMs, phone campaigns, press releases, and direct mail.
- Collate, oversee and approve marketing material for all channels of digital and print.
- Construct flawless copy that is relatable, professional, and engaging, across a variety of platforms.
- Evaluate the performance of PR & marketing campaigns, gain insight, and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly.
- Create fortnightly EDMs, collaborating with our design team to ensure flawless execution.
- Pull content from webinars and recorded meetings to create case studies for sales activities.
- Channel requests into briefs to collaborate with the in-house graphic designer on content creation and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis and monitor industry trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Proficient on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Skills:
- Excellent spelling & grammar with an ability to write outstanding copy for small & large projects alike.
- Ability to adapt your writing style to suit a variety of projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication - you will be creating briefs for marketing projects and providing feedback regularly.
- An understanding of EDM platforms, marketing management platforms, and post-scheduling services.
- Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial but not essential.
Personal qualities - Able to work independently and set personal goals.
- Team player who can work collaboratively on projects.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Must be tech-savvy. No need to be an expert but you must be proficient.
- Non-smoker.
