About the role

In this crucial role, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Lead and be joining a creative and passionate Marketing and Communications team.

You will be using multiple digital platforms and formats to engage and retain Infoxchange customers and have a track record of successfully utilising digital marketing tools and processes to achieve target audience objectives.

You will also:

  • Develop and optimise our digital channels to drive sales growth and engagement with our products, services and community programs, including the implementation of marketing automation tools across Infoxchange and its sub-brands.
  • Create, design, and deliver regular email communication and newsletters (EDMs) to existing members and subscribers.
  • Manage newsletter subscriber and member lists and monitor key engagement metrics.
  • Manage our advertising services with external parties.
  • Manage and maintain automated customer journeys (i.e., welcome journeys, email drip campaigns, automated marketing campaigns).
  • Design and develop web content, including landing pages, product pages and blog posts for Infoxchange websites.
  • Work with members and customers to develop case study content and publish on Infoxchange websites.
  • User experience (UX) optimisation for the content you develop.
  • Manage and develop strategies and campaigns for Google Ads and social media advertising accounts.
  • Develop strategies to build and uplift Infoxchange’s social media presence across several sub-brands and provide assistance in managing social media accounts.

About you

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes digital media and who loves knowing the latest trends. Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for social justice.

As well as this, you will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (ideally, but not necessarily, in an agency working with multiple clients/stakeholders)
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline are not necessary but will be considered favourably
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver cross-channel marketing strategies and to write and adapt content for different channels
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing strategies and tools, UX principles, SEO and web technologies
  • Demonstrated experience and success in designing, developing and delivering email marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in web content design, development and optimisation (ideally, but not necessarily, Drupal or WordPress)
  • Ideally demonstrated experience and success in Google AdWords campaigns, social media management and social media advertising and automation platforms
  • Ability to build positive and productive working relationships both internally and externally and manage stakeholders with big personalities
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as integrate with a team
  • Ability to self-manage, be self-motivated and proactive, highly organised and meet deadlines
