THE COMPANY

One of Australia’s largest Financial Services firms has invested millions into its digital transformation journey, investing in a brand new marketing automation platform and embracing cloud technology.

After recently implementing a brand new marketing automation platform they are starting to embed data for over 5 million customers and use this to drive automated marketing decisions.

You will play an integral role and have the opportunity of being part of a high-growth team and be gifted autonomy and enjoy creativity in your work every day!

THE ROLE

As a Marketing Insight Analyst, your role will support a team of Marketing Automation Specialists who will use your insights and data to craft automated messages across numerous channels including email and In-App messaging.

Your insights work will identify who the customers are for each campaign and how to increase uptake of new products, retention and enhance the overall customer experience.

The day-to-day will include:

• Using SQL to conduct deep-dive analytics into campaign success, customer engagement, segmentation analysis and marketing success
• Campaign execution using Adobe Campaign
• Use your insights to drive better retention, engage new and existing customers and predict behaviour
• Audience design – designing communication campaigns
• Instructing the data science team for deeper dive queries and predictive modelling

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Intermediate SQL skills
• Experience in a Marketing Analytical or Automation role
• Good knowledge of customer analytics
• Confident communicator, able to convey complex terms to non-technical stakeholders
