The role:
With a major national retail client being recently welcomed by Knight Frank Australia, we are excited to be growing our teams across the country.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager experienced in delivering marketing strategy for a portfolio in order to not only boost sales but improve the value for the retailers through solutions that will drive more traffic into our shopping centres.
You will work very closely with the centre management teams to understand key requirements, making sure they are aware of the tools at their disposal as well as implementing exciting new campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute an appropriate 12-month marketing and promotions plan for the centre.
- Review marketing activities to ensure they are achieving the increase in sales and pedestrian traffic
- Brand management.
- Undertake market research to establish market trends, consumer needs and attitudes.
- Create, monitor, and update all marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain an internal and external client-based communication calendar.
- Review and ensure accuracy of records in CRM
- Build and maintain a strong and positive business relationship with all retailers and the client.
- Create and implement strategic marketing strategies
- Work with the National Marketing Manager to map existing client relationships
- Partner with local community groups to deliver initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience
- Previous marketing or brand management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
- Advanced in Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
- Advanced skills in Canva
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including Pivot tables
- A broad understanding of marketing principles
- Strong understanding of all digital media platforms
- Basic understanding of the property industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident communication style with ability to influence at all levels
- High degree of adaptability
- Possess strong client service ethic
- Enjoys managing multiple priorities
- Creative thinking and conceptual skills
