Why Join IOR:
At IOR, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community of smart, driven, and ambitious individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. If you thrive in an environment that values growth, innovation, and putting customers first, then IOR is the place for you.
From our humble beginnings in the small town of Eromanga, Queensland in 1984, IOR has always been driven by a vision of expansion and service excellence. Our journey began with the construction of the Eromanga Oil Refinery and soon evolved to include convenient 24-hour Diesel Stops servicing remote areas of Australia. Today, with almost 100 Diesel Stops across the country and new ones opening regularly, we're reaching more customers in more places than ever before.
But IOR is more than just a fuel provider; we're an integral part of the communities we serve. Our regional depots, operated by local community members, play a vital role in distributing bulk fuel to surrounding areas and regionally-based industries, including long-distance transport, farming, local councils, mining, and oil and gas.
What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to innovation. We believe in continually pushing boundaries to deliver the best possible service to our customers. This commitment has led us to develop fully integrated fuel management services, fluid storage, and handling solutions, including frac tanks and much more.
At IOR, we have a customer-first culture, dedicated to serving not only our customers but also our stakeholders and employees. We embrace a growth mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities to learn, evolve, and improve. When you join IOR, you become part of a team that's not just shaping the future of the industry but also making a positive difference in the lives of people across Australia.
