What will your job duties involve?
Work closely with venue managers to build successful and unique brands that people love to visit
Identify market gaps & opportunities & present innovative and creative ideas to foster growth
Drive marketing strategy & events calendar for your venues
Work together with our digital, design & brand teams to create a seamless online customer journey

What skills and experience are we looking for?
A passion for hospitality is a must in this role
Minimum three years’ experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen
Technical marketing and digital skills
Proven experience in customer and market research
Experience working in high pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders
Experience managing budgets and financial statements
