The Role
Reporting to the Centre Manager Retail, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for development and executing the Centre’s marketing plan and strategy to drive community and commercial outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and promote Oran Park Podium’s offerings.
- Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Oversee the development of creative assets, including advertisements, promotional materials, and signage, to maintain brand consistency and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and community organizations, to enhance partnerships and drive collaborative marketing efforts.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, at a large shopping centre.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
- A keen understanding of customers and the market, with the ability to anticipate trends and consumer preferences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
