You will be a well organised and experienced senior professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Your marketing experience will span print and digital media, advertising, promotions, websites, events and public relations.
As a bright, energetic self-starter, you will be comfortable working in close collaboration with our highly regarded leadership team. With outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and a commercial mindset, you will bring a pragmatic "can-do" approach.
This stimulating and rewarding position encompasses:

• Managing marketing operations throughout the Group’s businesses
• Leading and developing the high-performing marketing team
• Accountability for the annual marketing program and the promotional calendar
• Coordinating media campaigns and ensuring they deliver value
• Maintaining productive relationships with key agencies and media stakeholders
• Coordinating regular market research and identifying opportunities
• Leading a lean culture grounded in continuous improvement
• Creating copy for key communications
• Budget management and accountability
• Coordinating display home launches and other promotions, including photoshoots and talent management
• Maintaining a productive and collaborative relationship with our brand strategy manager
• Making effective and efficient use of the Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites

Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes:

• A minimum of five years experience in a similar role with a track record of success
• The relevant tertiary qualifications
• Professional presentation
