This stimulating and rewarding position encompasses:
- Managing marketing operations throughout the Group’s businesses
- Leading and developing the high-performing marketing team
- Accountability for the annual marketing program and the promotional calendar
- Coordinating media campaigns and ensuring they deliver value
- Maintaining productive relationships with key agencies and media stakeholders
- Coordinating regular market research and identifying opportunities
- Leading a lean culture grounded in continuous improvement
- Creating copy for key communications
- Budget management and accountability
- Coordinating display home launches and other promotions, including photoshoots and talent management
- Maintaining a productive and collaborative relationship with our brand strategy manager
- Making effective and efficient use of the Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites
- A minimum of five years experience in a similar role with a track record of success
- The relevant tertiary qualifications
