We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, results-driven Marketing Manager Germany to play a key part in scaling our high-growth ecommerce travel business to the next level and to own the full Marketing Roadmap for our Australian brands.
Tasks
- Develop and deliver the Marketing Roadmap for the Australian brands
- Report on campaign leads, revenue, and ROAS targets for our Australian brands and co-marketing partners
- Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns through internal and external delivery teams and directly expand/ execute our offline marketing capability in Print, PR, TV, etc.
- Own all offline paid channels and work closely with our central teams responsible for online paid channels and CRM for their campaign components
- Drive improved campaign performance by coordinating the product and offer selection with the CMO
- Deliver all cross-channel campaigns in partnership with your colleagues and external online/offline partners
- Analyze and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign performance
- Continuously look for ways to optimize the campaign channel mix, targeting, engagement, lead generation, sales, costs and improve ROAS
- Form strong partnerships and exchange insights with your Marketing colleagues and other functions for an aligned, optimized cross-channel marketing approach
- Build positive relationships with local cruise lines and other co-marketing partners
- Several years of marketing experience in cross-channel campaign management for ecommerce businesses
- Expert knowledge in best-practices of online & offline marketing and in optimizing the channel mix for ROAS
- Proven success in delivering business growth through cross-channel campaigns by partnering with/influencing others
- Deep understanding of core website traffic-driving mechanisms (e.g. SEA, SEO, CRM, Display, Social Media, TV, Press, etc.) with demonstrated experience using them in cross-channel campaigns
- Experience in high-impact, above-the-line marketing planning and execution in offline channels
- Strong knowledge of merchandising and online customer behavior metrics and regular use of such data to guide decisions
- Expert skills using analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar
- Verbal and written English skills at native level, additional fluency in German and Dutch is an asset
