About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving marketing and communications strategies to support the mortgage and asset finance sales channels. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure the delivery of impactful and consistent messages to a diverse audience, including mortgage brokers, customers, investors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and direct marketing.
• Craft compelling content for marketing materials such as blogs, eDMs, and social media platforms.
• Analyse and optimise marketing initiatives based on key performance indicators.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of our CRM system.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of media releases targeting consumers, mortgage brokers, and investors.
• Support corporate communications efforts, including ASX announcements and investor presentations.
• Create engaging customer communications that align with brand identity and drive conversion and loyalty.

Experience

• Familiarity with modern marketing techniques, including digital and social media marketing.
• Understanding of the mortgage industry landscape is advantageous.
• Proven experience in marketing, corporate affairs, PR, or media roles.
• Previous exposure to the finance industry, particularly in broker marketing, is desirable.
