About the opportunity
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager to make a real impact, you will bring your ideas to the table and review, optimise and innovate our Lifecycle journey.
What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing one to one programs to drive customer engagement, cross sell, up-sell, nurture, retention and win back.
You’ll also
- Develop and execute Lifecycle Marketing programs (predominantly for our business segments) to drive customer engagement, cross-sell, upsell and retention
- Manage the identification, extraction and use of customer insights data to provide most applicable target customers for programs
- Develop an omni-channel strategy and customer journey mapping to deliver best in class marketing campaigns to increase quantity and quality of customer conversations with Australia Post
- Post campaign analysis – use campaign and business analytics to identify areas of improvement for campaigns
- Management of programs to budget and report on financial performance.
About you
You are an experienced B2B Marketing Manager Lifecycle who thrives in a large, values-based organization. You'll have an influential personality that can bring business stakeholders on the journey to deliver positive outcomes for programs you're leading.
You’ll also have
- 6+ years’ experience in planning, developing and managing marketing programs
- Experience managing B2B lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Project management experience at a portfolio level within a large complex organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing with an emphasis on communications and economics disciplines
- Understanding of Contemporary Marketing and lifecycle marketing principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally to help identify alternative options and develop innovative solutions.
