With distribution across the country in all major channels, presence in major stadia, as well as 2 hospitality venues, this is a truly rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team and take it to the next level.
We have big ambitions as we look to keep innovating and growing the brand across categories and channels. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Mountain Goat’s Brand strategy and positioning, innovation pipeline, media, and creative execution. You will act as a key leader within the business and have three direct reports.
Key requirements:
- Leading, developing, and executing short and long-term brand strategy and integrated commercial plans.
- Ensure clarity of the brands portfolio role and growth expectations within the business
- Lead the effective management of the brand through the course of the year, adjusting the brand and activities in line with contextual changes
- Development of clear and engaging agency briefs that go beyond “words on a page to lead the agency dialogue and feedback loop.
- Lead complex key cross commercial projects, developing objectives, scope, stakeholder analysis/influence, build the project teams and lead/manage the program of works to achieve project objectives.
- Lead and management the critical path of all activities identifying risks or opportunities.
- Good understanding of a P&L statement to actively manage the brands performance vs budget expectations, working with state and customer teams on performance plans (risks & opportunities).
- Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders across the business and broader stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player.
About you:
Most importantly you have a passion for beer, and the category. We are a collaborative bunch at Mountain Goat and we are looking for you to join the team and be a key member of the leadership group and have input across the broader business. You are an experienced Marketing Manager who has a strategic mindset. You enjoy leading a team and constantly uplifting your skills within the marketing space.
- 5+ years marketing experience within the FMCG sector.
- Strong experience in project management.
- Good commercial acumen
- Prior people management experience essential
