Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager position at TRU Recognition. Responsible for overseeing and managing the team, provide leadership and guidance, and ensuring successful on time project management. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Your duties will include planning, developing, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Job responsibilities:
- Build brand awareness, attract customers, and establish strong market presence.
- Ensure brand communications are integrated across all digital channels, including websites, social media, and eDMs.
- Oversee and develop the creation, editing, and updating of website content.
- Design and implement visually appealing graphics, including images, banners, infographics, and other multimedia content to enhance user experience.
- Lead marketing activities for TRU’s events, trade shows, and exhibitions ensuring maximum visibility and participation to enhance brand exposure and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
Extensive experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns, with a focus on achieving measurable KPI’s that are linked to the company’s growth strategy.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
Experience in B2B marketing.
2+ years of experience in event planning and event coordinator.
2+ years experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
2+ years experience in social media marketing management. Have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and content management systems.
Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating marketing material, engaging with customers, and collaborating with team members.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
