The Company
A leading property developer with a proven and strong history in the industry. With a reputation built on integrity, strong financial position and calculated business growth strategy, we are looking for a strong Marketing Manager who can bring fresh, innovative strategies and lead a team through transformation.
The Role
This opportunity requires a professional and seasoned Marketing Manager who can lead, manage and drive the strategy for these projects.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implement marketing, pricing and promotions strategies and plans/calendar, develop and implement the marketing communication strategies and all marketing programs, oversee the management of all digital, marketing and advertising agency relationships, manage competitor and industry market research and activity, manage the marketing budget and all reporting requirements up to board level reporting. You will be responsible for the marketing plan around all new display homes and collaborate closely with the broader business.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR or similar
Property/Construction industry knowledge & an understanding of the customer journey is paramount so ideally require Marketing Management experience
Effective leadership skills enabling you to gain the buy-in and trust of your team, Executive Management and any relevant internal & external stakeholders
Able to provide thought leadership on all aspects of branding, digital marketing, sales and marketing strategy
Ability to work with a complex and diverse range of key stakeholders
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels

An attractive salary package commensurate with experience will be negotiated up to $115,000 inclusive of superannuation plus an annual discretionary of up to 10% bonus. There is a hybrid working environment consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. We are anticipating a commencement date of approximately late January.
