Grade: Clerk Grade 7/8 (Salary $101,947 - $112,849 per annum + Super + Leave loading + accrued flex leave)
Duration: Temporary 12 month contract to March 2024 - Full time
Location: Sydney, Parramatta or Gosford

Flexibility to work from home, with 1-2 office days per week.
The World Congress on Safety and Health at Work is a global forum for advancing worker health protection. As one of the world's largest events for the international safety and health community, it connects leaders and experts from around the globe.
In November 2023, Sydney will host the at the International Convention Centre, Sydney.
The Marketing Advisor for Australia's World Congress will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and communication programs. The role will work closely with stakeholders and key suppliers including creative agencies.
The World Congress is an initiative of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and International Social Security Association (ISSA). Australia's event is being co-organised by the ILO, the ISSA, and SafeWork NSW as part of the Department of Customer Service.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing and communication plans and campaigns
- Coordinate social media content creation, website publishing and marketing reporting
- Coordinate the development of appropriate merchandise, collateral, and in-house activities to support campaigns and programs
Key challenges
- Working collaboratively in an environment with competing demands and priorities, while addressing unforeseen issues
- Working with multiple stakeholders to develop professional communications collateral within tight timelines in a high-volume environment
About you
- You have relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality and effective communication strategies and plans to support team objectives
- Experience in tailoring communications to diverse audiences
- Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
Graphic design skills highly desirable
