Marketing Officer – Training And Education

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team and lead our marketing efforts in the training and education sector. As the Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that promote our college and programs, increase enrolment, and enhance our brand. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all marketing activities

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase enrolment and enhance the college's reputation

· Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and a strong ROI

· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing

· Manage public relations activities to enhance the college's reputation and handle crisis communications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the education industry (minimum 3 years)

· Strong leadership skills with experience managing a marketing team

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing

Salary: $60,000.00 – $79,982.27 per year
