Reporting to the Manager, Market Development, in this role you will execute strategic marketing activities across the product lifecycle to drive company and product brand positioning in the assigned region (Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong) for the Vascular Market Development team, in alignment with the division's mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of strategic objectives for marketing projects and campaigns
- Collaborate with the agency to initiate projects and develop project plans for marketing campaigns and content
- Understand the audience and objective of marketing projects to help identity appropriate reviewers and collaborators
- Research on markets and competitors
- Manage marketing channels, working closely with events and digital marketing teams
- Assist marketing managers with marketing planning duties or projects, as assigned
- Engage with sales team through CRM and other communication methods to support launch of marketing tools and gain feedback
- Collaborate with digital marketing team, to analyse campaign data and provide reports to marketing managers
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- Demonstrated experience in market development, sales, marketing, product management or product strategy, preferably in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing project plans and managing marketing channels
- Fluency in both oral and written English essential
- Domestic and international travel may be required
- Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- This position may require access to hospitals and health care facilities and is subject to compliance with facility-specific vendor credentialing policies which may include proof of Covid-19 vaccination status, satisfactory background check and ability to obtain working with children certificate
