  • Actively manage the bid team to ensure a collaborative and high-performing culture is maintained across bid operations.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for tasks associated with bid and proposal preparation including data entry, editing, formatting, compiling, uploading and printing tenders and proposals for submission.
  • Observe the usage of written content and actively manage company resources such as the ‘Tender Library’, by working to identify and fill in data/content gaps.
  • Liaison with internal suppliers/stakeholders for the creation of a wide variety of submission collateral including, but not limited to, project profiles and personnel profiles.
  • Maintain the client contact database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system including data entry of all ‘Contacts’, ‘Accounts’, ‘Leads’, and ‘Opportunities’.
  • Content writing for company collateral including brochures and digital assets such as the website and social media.
  • Coordination of all award submissions, networking events, and any sponsorship/membership opportunities.
  • Assist the wider Liberty Industrial teams with any ad-hoc duties including Business Development and Marketing activities, as required.
  • Deliver the objectives and targets as collectively set by the Directors, General Manager and Marketing Manager.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or comparable degree program, or previous experience in a similar position in support of marketing/communication, submissions and tenders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Exceptional copywriting ability and editing skills.
  • Accurate and highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills to support a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) will be highly regarded.
  • Samples of work including copywriting, and/or evidence of graphic and editorial layouts, will be highly regarded.
