The Role:
The Marketing Support Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel distribution partners, ensure brand consistency, manage events, oversee media and publication efforts, handle video production, and coordinate dealer promotions. The role also involves CRM management, budget oversight, and detailed reporting.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns with channel partners.
Maintain effective communication and strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
Organize Australian events such as exhibitions, product launches, and seminars.
Oversee corporate press releases and manage bi-annual publications.
Manage video production for client case studies and product showcases.
Liaise with dealers for quarterly promotions and major dealer activities.
Oversee the customer database using Salesforce CRM.
Construct and manage the annual marketing budget and produce monthly brand analysis reports.
Requirements
3-5 years in a similar functional role
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and data analysis capabilities
Budget management experience
Resilient, flexible, and able to handle high pressure and deadlines
Ability to lead, coordinate, and work autonomously
