Job Description
Remedial Massage Therapist
Massage or Spa Therapist
Job Requirements
• First aid and CPR qualifications
• ABN
• Diploma of Remedial, Diploma of Myotherapy, or higher
• Diploma of Beauty or Spa Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Association recognition with AAMT, ATMS, MAA, or others
• Professional and public liability insurance
• Well-presented with good communication skills
• Passion and Empathy
Desirable Qualities
• Health fund provider
• Alternative massage style training: lymphatic drainage, hot stone, pregnancy, Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue/sports, cupping, reiki/energetic healing, and reflexology
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Can-do attitude and ability to learn and grow
• Good English communication skills
