You will keep this schedule current, working with project leads of projects, administrative staff and key technical teams to present to the ELT on a regular basis current findings, budget and developments.The Master Schedule will also manage and coordinate the ‘scrum of scrums’ approach to weekly operating rhythm, underpinned by the master schedule to highlight key issues and dependencies which may put at risk key initiatives, and then work with stakeholders to managed capacity and resourcing and facilitate prioritisation discussions with the Maxxia and RemSErv leadership team and business partners.Key Responsibilities:Agile operating rhythm
- Use data and the schedule to assist the Maxiaa/RemServ CEO to manage the team operating rhythm re: planning and prioritisation of initiatives.
- Maintain master schedule.
- Providing accurate and timely reports, dashboards and visualisations that communicate project status, key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Work with the TMO and other parties to drive connection and management of GRS and overall MMS portfolio
- Lead and mentor a dynamic product squad, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, understanding their needs, and aligning our product offerings to create mutual value
- Identifying and assessing risks, issues and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and developing mitigation plans.
- Work closely with stakeholders to maintain the master schedule and work through prioritisation.
- Drive a culture of change readiness and adaptability.
- 8 + years in Project Management experience
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler with portfolio level complexities and interdependencies.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, and experience in facilitating agile ways of working.
- Expert level skills in project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate well, influence and inspire teams.
- Desirable but not essential - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Assure Dev Ops experience is advantageous
