Long term contract position

A high profile, large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage an experienced Master Scheduler to join a high profile program of work. You will be responsible for maturing the current project-program scheduling practice and promoting standardised practice throughout the department. The successful Master Scheduler will be offered an initial 13-month contract partnered with long term extension options.

The successful Master Scheduler will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Scheduling guidelines
Program deliverables and interdependency mappings
Input into project and program governance reports and artefacts

The successful Master Scheduler must have experience in the following;

Scheduling qualifications or formal training with extensive experience in scheduling and work breakdown structures for large and diverse projects and programs
Strong experience in analysing detailed and complex project schedules
Ability to effectively and flexibly operate in a complex, demanding and high risk environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels
