What you’ll do:
Contribute to the development of the business unit against strategic goals.
Represent and promote the business with the local and regional markets.
Opportunity to mentor and support the development of the junior team; leading by example.
Undertake lead of engineering design and documentation for our current and multidisciplinary projects.
Communicate effectively with all external (clients, authorities) and internal (colleagues, managers).
Deliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and time.
What we’ll love about you:
MUST have previous experience working on projects within the building space for a consulting company.
Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering or related degree; working towards Chartership is essential
Minimum of 2 year post graduate experience working within the local Building Services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards
Ability to demonstrate technical excellence from initial tender through to design engineering, cost management and completion.
Ability to lead, train and mentor Graduate engineers and communicate effectively at all levels.
Understanding and confidence in driving excellent client management experiences.
