-Install, configure, and test vending machines in accordance to work orders, ensuring proper setup and operational efficiency.
-Conduct regular preventive maintenance to maintain optimal machine performance and extend the lifecycle of the equipment.
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
-Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and solve complex technical problems, using advanced engineering techniques.
-Apply engineering skills to improve, design, and modify vending machines and associated technologies to enhance performance and functionality.
-Oversee the installation and implementation of all technological materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
-Maintain detailed records of activities, including equipment status, reports, and customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Generate detailed reports from data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
-Configure, test, and maintain vending machine software to ensure seamless integration and operation.
-Develop and compile relevant documentation, reports, and correspondence to support project execution and compliance.
-Ensure projects are completed within agreed standards and timeframes, adhering to project management best practices.
-Apply engineering safety principles and Occupational Health and Safety standards, ensuring they are correctly implemented and maintained.
-Monitor real-time software data to manage stock levels, sales trends, machine diagnostics, and other critical information.
-Work with advanced technologies integrated into vending machines, including AI systems, UV light cleaning systems, and real-time cloud monitoring.
-Track machine performance using regular scorecards and investigate issues by machine slot, error type, or other relevant criteria.
-Manage machine inventory by creating, deleting, and modifying inventory records, viewing real-time values, and configuring refill targets and priorities.
-Handle basic warehouse functions, such as listing products with quantities and generating inventory reports, to support operational efficiency.Qualifications/Attributes:-Must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
-Must possess at least minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Must have mechanical aptitude.
-Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and dirty/wet work as required.
