About the Role

Utilita Water Solutions is a joint venture between Ventia and Downer Utilities, delivering electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance services since 2016.  Our delivery area covers Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding regions.

Our scope of work is large and varied, and includes mechanical preventative maintenance and breakdown repair activities on the water and wastewater infrastructure, including pump stations, treatment plants, and reservoirs across the network.

About You

• Relevant Engineering / Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III Mechanical Fitter ideal)
• Confined Space and Work at Heights tickets
• Experience in water/ waste, of other heavy rotating equipment industry such as refinery or process plant
• Hepatitus A&B vaccinations or willingness to obtain
• Forklift & EWP tickets desirable
• Pipe welding experience would be highly desirable

• Great working hours - Monday to Friday standard hours 7am to 3.30pm (regular overtime available).  You'll be part of a rotating on-call roster (approx 1 in every 8 weeks)
