We are looking for a Superintendent with brownfields construction experience, with great work ethic who take pride in their work. What you will bring
* A Mechanical or Boilermaker/Welder trade qualification
* Proven site-based experience in a similar capacity
* Prior experience in brownfields project work
* A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
* Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
* An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively
* A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
* Valid Australian Driver’s License
* Proof of right to work in Australia
