The position is for a part-time medical receptionist/administrator to help support our strong, enthusiastic and busy team in our Toowoomba clinic.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and organising diaries for our Allied Health Professionals
- Answering telephones answering enquiries and taking messages
- Entering client data
- Taking payments and managing payments
- Cleaning and organising the clinic/gym
- Contacting clients when required
- Managing and attending emails
The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- To be able to work in a fast pasted environment.

- To bring an adaptable and positive manner to their role.
- An approachable and helpful demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Allied Health knowledge is preferred.
- Driver’s license and reliable car.
- Computer and telephone skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administration and reception experience within a private Allied Health practice is preferred but not required
- The ability to obtain a blue card and a yellow card.
- Current First Aid and CPR
This position will come with all necessary training to efficiently perform in the role and the successful candidate will be working alongside our senior administration officer and management team.
The role will be part-time with 15 hours a week, with specific times this may be negotiated with the successful candidate after their probation period. The role could develop into full-time depending on performance and need.
