Summary:
The Medical PMM (Product Marketing Manager) is responsible for managing the development and launch of new products or services within their industry. They work closely with cross-functional teams to research, plan and execute product development strategies, set product goals, define product vision, and create detailed product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
Identify user needs and market opportunities, define product requirements, and work with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met
Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with company strategy, create and manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and oversee the product development process
Work closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure that they have the tools and resources to promote and support the product effectively
Balance technical and business requirements and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful product developments in a constantly evolving Internet and New Media industry
Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of user behaviour, customer needs, and emerging trends in the Internet and New Media industry
Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills
Experience in managing the development and launch of new products or services
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, engineers, and marketers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
