We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our Team as Medical Receptionist.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible in helping to address a roster which hours ranging from 7.30am to 6.00pm week days, and some Saturday morning shifts. You will also need to be flexible to cover holidays/sick days of the other staff members when required.
Shifts will be available every week in the range of approx. 20+ hrs per week but can vary upwards from roster to roster depending on need.
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred but are happy to train a person with the right ‘can do’ attitude and team spirit.
The following skills are preferred:
- Previous Medical Reception experience an advantage
- Experience with Pracsoft & Medical Director software an advantage
- Honest, reliable & punctual
- High level of self motivation
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Well presented in appearance
- Excellent communication skills with patients and fellow team members
- Excellent time management & attention to detail
- High level of computer competency
- Willingness to learn & to be directed
- Ability to work proficiently on your own when required
- Ability to perform duties according to practice policy and procedure
