The Role
We are seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team at the Berwick & Officer Skin Cancer Centre on a casual basis. This position is for approximately 35 hours per fortnight, with the ability to cover sick/annual leave as necessary. Our current centre hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 6.00pm. The ideal candidate will have medical reception experience.
In this role you will be:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurately entering patient data in
- Processing payments
- Managing phone and email queries
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- Providing general administration duties as required
You are:

- experienced in admin/reception
- sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- authorised to work in Australia
