Global Cardiology is one of Western Australia's leading privately owned Cardiology practices with multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area. At Global Cardiology, we are dedicated to providing patient centric health care services of the highest quality.
Due to continued expansion and growth of our practice, a number of exciting opportunities have come up to join our current team at Global Cardiology on a Full time basis. We are currently recruiting for our Kelmscott practice.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Liaising with patients, doctors and referrers
- Answering phones and patient enquiries
- Creating and maintaining accurate patient records in Healthtrack
- Data entry for all patient consultations to assist the team
Experience and Key Competencies
- Exceptional patient care and telephone skills is essential
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle competing work demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships
- Positive and personable attitude with a willingness to learn
- Fast, accurate data entry skills with close attention paid to detail
- Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently but also thrives on working in a team
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Computer literate with experience and confidence utilising a range of network scanners, printers and other IT devices.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in a Cardiology practice is desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of Healthtrack
- Audio typing skills
- Previous experience as a medical secretary
