Dynamic role in our Consulting Suites
We are seeking an outstanding customer service focused individual to work with a selection of our specialists on site. The successful applicant is required to be a role model of our Building Excellence values and will be a vibrant addition to our team. This role entails duties such as managing theatre lists and consent forms, liaising with hospital booking staff and receptionists, overseeing admin daily duties and daily running of busy specialist rooms, patient and Dr Billings as well as any other duties that are required by the Consulting Suites Manager and Front Office Manager.

Essential Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a busy specialist practice with at least 2 years’ experience- Genie experience would be recommended.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
High level organization skills
Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required
Able to be flexible with working hours
