Job Description
Looking for a flexible, versatile, adaptable, responsible and reliable person with at least 1-2 years working experience in a Medical Practice and a mature outlook is desirable.
Your role will be to organize appointments, maintain records and perform medical reception duties and other tasks given by the Practice Manager, in order to ensure a smooth and efficient functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our Patients. All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the Practice's Policies and Procedures.

- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding Patient and Practice information.
- Work independently and co-operatively in a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize.
- Have a strong multi-tasking capability.
- Knowledge of Best Practice software.

Experience:
- Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
