AddressWestside Haematology and Oncology Unit is a part of Westside Private Hospital, located in the inner-city suburb of Taringa. We strive to provide comprehensive, personalized and exceptional care to our patients utilising a collaborative approach with our team of doctors, nurses and administration staff.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administration Officer. This role will be to provide front of house service to the patients as well as ensuring smooth and efficient running of the practice by providing administrative support to the attending doctors and day therapy clinical team.
The successful applicant must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and motivated to contribute to a small, but growing unit. We are looking for someone who is proactive, personable and enthusiastic.
This opportunity allows for flexibility working between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills with experience in the use of specialist clinic software
- Knowledge of the Medicare billing system and private health insurance billing system
- Demonstrates time management, organizational and communication skills
- Modelling and promoting Montserrat’s vision and values
- Ability to work autonomously and positively as a part of a small administration and clinical team
