- Part-time Mon-Fri 9am - 3pm with all school holidays off and
- Full time 9am- 5pm.

About the opportunity
Choice One’s client is currently seeking to expand their reception team, is looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, helping others, and has some exposure / experience working in a health business.
Are you passionate about customer service within the health care sector, keen to learn new skills and looking for a fully supported working environment?
Requirements:
- Experience in the Medical industry
- Have proven customer service and reception qualities
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries efficiently
- Managing appointment schedules
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Processing payments
- General administrative duties
- Polished presentation with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly disposition, personable and a team player
- Computer savvy – knowledge of Genie is advantageous
- Flexibility with rosters between Geelong and Waurn Ponds location sites
- Must be flexible and be able to work additional shifts when staff are on leave
