We are currently seeking a positive and passionate Medical Receptionist to join the team in Albany. This is a permanent full time role although we will consider Part Time options
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.
You will:
- Welcome and process patients
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Process payments
- Follow up medical information with various third parties
- Manage telephone enquiries
- Patient information data entry
- Carry out general reception duties
- Previous reception experience (desirable)
- Possess a professional, patient, and courteous manner
