Located in North Sydney, our client is looking for a bright and bubbly individual to join their growing and supportive team. Learn the ropes from industry experts and gain the hands on experience you need to become a successful Medical Receptionist.
This position is a Business Traineeship, which will see you work full time, study a Certificate III in Business while also being paid at the same time! We are looking for juniors with no previous office experience! If you have previous fast food, hospitality or retail experience, that is a bonus!
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Processing payments
- Filing, scanning and archiving patient files
- Entering patient's details into computer systems
- Issuing receipts and invoices
We are looking for someone with the follow traits:
- Ability to work full time (Monday-Friday)
- Within reasonable distance to travel to North Sydney
- Easy access to public transport
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service experience in a fast food, retail or hospitality environment
- Great attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Bubbly, energetic and enthusiastic
