We are a busy dermatology practice providing medical, surgical and cosmetic services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. This position will involve administrative duties together with liaison with patients and other practice staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly, courteous and professional manner;
· Answering telephones and handling general enquiries;
· Making appointments, patient billing and receipting;
· Administrative support to doctors (scanning, faxing, photocopying and following up enquiries);
· General light cleaning and restocking doctors rooms
· Administering ultraviolet treatments (training will be provided) and is simple procedure based on easy to follow protocols.
