Working onsite, directly with the client, this exciting opportunity is the chance for you to learn from a creatively led, award-winning team that works closely with the (internal) broader account service, creative, media, content & broadcast departments to implement national RETAIL campaigns!
The Opportunity:
Work directly with key stakeholders, including; clients, internal digital producers, photographers, creatives and designers to deliver various creative, digital, web & print-related graphic design and finished art services
Manage and schedule the studio workflow for retail photography
Work directly across print, digital, web, social (output delivery) and account/studio management
Oversee & manage all design and production projects from initial concept to completion
Manages team utilisation and drives profit and product growth!
Assessing client briefs and assigning designers to a project
Ensure that you are up to date with (retail) industry trends and innovation to add value to idea generation!
Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.
You:
Live in Melbourne, Australia
Strong project/traffic/workflow management
A minimum of 3-5 years of studio management experience with solid digital and studio workflow and process knowledge is desirable!
Are currently working in a creative/ integrated producer role with a track record of skills, including; scoping, estimating and time-lining (* agency experience preference)
Excellent time management, project management and organisational skills
A high level of organisation, time management and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Are a great team player with fantastic communication skills and a professional manner
High attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the Microsoft Office Suite are essential
