Our client, a non-for-profit professional membership-based organisation seeks a Member Services
Officer to be based out of their office in Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and timely membership services for member enquiries received via phone, text and email
- Establish and maintain member records in member management system
- Coordinate underwriting insurance referral process
- Process member payments, where required
- Maintain Complaints Register
- Execute required end of month reconciliation processes
- Run and upload monthly reports
- Respond to member information / update requests
- Participate in outbound call campaigns, as required
- Experience working in general insurance (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong and clear verbal and written skills
- Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to think for themselves and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achievement of results with little oversight
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
