About the Role
- Reporting to the Membership Manager
- Responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made
- Provide membership administration support and exceptional 5 star service
- Finding solutions to problems and is well organised.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday with working hours ranging from 8am to 8pm with the flexibility of working weekends should that suit you.
About You
To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments;
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills;
- Outgoing and loves to engage with members both face to face and on the phone;
- Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills;
- Experience working in a team environment;
- Well-developed communications skills;
- Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how;
- An excellent track record working with KPI's, targets and sales goals;
- Debt collection; and Membership based administration;
- High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport; and
- Attention to detail and achieving results.
