About the Job Role:
As the first point of contact for potential members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service both on the phone, vial email and in person. Your friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will help to create a welcoming and positive environment for all visitors to our gym.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also have the opportunity to flex your sales muscles by helping to promote and sell memberships in our gym. With your natural sales skills and enthusiasm for fitness, you will play a critical role in helping to drive membership growth and revenue for our business.
To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must be friendly and outgoing- a people’s person who is confident and an excellent listener. You should also possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
