Member team as we partner across the organisation to develop, implement and embed member focussed processes and polices that drive member satisfaction, and optimise member engagement. This role is offered on a full time, maximum term basis covering parental leave until July 2025. What will you be doing?

Undertake specific projects as required to assist the Manager, Membership and Insights in key program deliverables as defined within the Business Case(s) and/or agreed Implementation Plans Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program that includes personalised communications, orientation materials, and relevant resources to facilitate a valuable introduction for new members including a new Digital Membership Card Lead the development of the onboarding strategy for new members, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, best practice, and member expectations Be the Subject Matter Expert for membership structure, classes, and entitlement management Provide guidance and support for the development of key membership systems and processes Support the management of the RAC Rewards product including acquisition, transition and retention strategies and activities.

Take ownership of key supplier relationships associated with member onboarding and status updates, including creative design, card production, fulfillment, and delivery. What will you bring? Experience dealing with members either directly or indirectly (via product or marketing) Experience in a member products or services environment Experience in dealing with 3rd party suppliers Enthusiasm and energy to take on new and tough challenges with a sense of urgency
