About The Client
Our client is a male living with Autism, ADHD & ODD. He requires support with personal care, as well as community access. Support Workers will be required to have experience working with challenging behaviours and affectively managing these.
Our client has a special interest in swimming. Support workers will also be required to be willing to get in the water at the beach, or swimming facilities. Other aspects of the supports include experience implementing/following restrictive practices, and positive behaviour support practices.
About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:
12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
Experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities, as well as challenging behaviours
Experience implementing/following restrictive practices
Driver’s License & Car
Relevant tertiary qualification
Medication Administration Certificate
Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
COVID-19 Vaccination with Booster
