Mental Health Occupational Therapist
QLD - BRISBANE
IPSWICH
Community mental health position with a not-for-profit organisation, working with people across the life span who are experiencing mild, moderate or complex mental health issues.
Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team you will be providing evidence based clinical care and care coordination to clients with a focus on recovery and wellbeing.
As part of this role, you are expected to communicate effectively with our multi-disciplinary team, including GP’s, psychiatrists and other allied health professionals, including lived experience workers.

We are seeking passionate, flexible and professional clinicians who enjoy making a difference and have a recognised Mental Health Occupational Therapist accreditation.
Must have full AHPRA registration - must have experience working mental health field.

Essential Criteria:
Mental Health Clinician AHPRA or ASSW membership.
Experience providing focussed psychological strategies to clients experiencing mild to moderate/complex mental illness across the lifespan.
Good understanding of the mental health sector and reform agenda across primary and tertiary sectors, as well as non-government organisations.
Willingness to travel and work after hours if required.
Current unrestricted Drivers License.
National Police Clearance
Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card held or willingness to obtain.
